The Rs. 150 COD charge included in the product price is non-refundable only if there are no charges on COD. However, if there are any charges on COD, those COD charges are also non-refundable, and an extra Rs. 100 will be deducted as shipping charges from the product.
6. Deduction Policy for Rejected Deliveries
If a customer rejects the product at the time of delivery, provides a wrong address, or fails to respond to delivery attempts, the forward shipping charges plus RTO (Return to Origin) charges amount will be deducted from the product amount at the time of refunding the customer's amount.
