Orders can be cancelled ONLY IF they have not been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Cancelling a Prepaid or COD Order in Transit:

  • Merchandise Return: Our logistics partner will bring the merchandise back to our warehouse. The cancellation process begins upon receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving the product, we will initiate the refund for the cancelled order amount to your original source of payment.
  • Refund Deductions for Prepaid Orders:For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated after deducting the shipping cost of INR 100. This nominal charge is included in the product price and is non-refundable.
  • Refund Deductions for COD Orders:For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be initiated after deducting the Cost of Rs. 150. These charges are inclusive in the product price and are non-refundable.
